Garlic is the staple of every cooks kitchen. I've always been interested in the 'taste' it provided the recipe I was preparing...yet,when I set up this still life I became intrigued by the delicate translucent outer skin of the garlic. Something so simple as Garlic suddenly became a complex subject.
